1. How do I enter the giveaway?
Simply fill out the entry form on our giveaway page (above) between December 8 and December 19 and submit it online. One entry per person.
2. Can I enter more than once?
No. To keep the giveaway fair, each person may only submit one entry. Duplicate entries will be removed.
3. Am I entering for a specific prize?
No. All entries go into one master giveaway pool. On December 22, we will randomly draw all winners and award prizes in the official order listed on our website (above).
4. Why are prizes listed in one order on the website but announced in a different order on social media?
Social media highlights different partners throughout the promotion, but the website is the official prize order used to assign prizes. The first winner drawn receives Prize #1 from the website list, the second winner gets Prize #2, and so on.
5. Can I choose which prize I want if I win?
No. Prizes are assigned in the preset order shown on our giveaway webpage.
Winners cannot choose or exchange prizes.
6. When will the winners be announced?
All winners will be announced on December 22 on our social media pages. Winners will also be contacted directly using the email or phone number provided on their entry.
7. How many prizes are being given away?
This year we are giving away 24 total prizes from amazing local businesses across our community.
8. If my name is drawn once, can I win again?
No. Once a person wins a prize, their name is removed from the drawing for any remaining prizes to ensure 24 unique winners.
9. Do I need to be present to win?
No, you do not need to be present during the drawing. However, winners must pick up their prize in person at one of our Chad Jones Law office locations. Prize pickup details will be provided directly to winners.
10. Does this giveaway cost anything to enter?
Absolutely not. No purchase is necessary to participate or win.
11. Who is eligible to enter?
The giveaway is open to U.S. residents who are 18 years or older. Employees of Chad Jones Law and their immediate family members are not eligible.

Some prizes are limited to winners who live in or near the city associated with that prize. Participants outside those cities are not eligible for city-specific prizes but remain eligible for all other applicable prizes.
Employees of Chad Jones Law, participating partner businesses, their immediate family members, and those living in the same household are not eligible.
Entries will be accepted beginning December 8, 2025, at 12:01 AM CST and ending December 19, 2025, at 11:59 PM CST. Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.
To enter, participants must complete the online entry form available on the Chad Jones Law website.
Entry requirements:
Participants will automatically be entered into drawings for all prizes they are eligible for based on their listed city of residence.
No prize selection is required or permitted on the entry form.
Entries generated by automated devices, bots, or any method intended to circumvent the rules are void.
A total of 24 prizes will be awarded. Each prize has one (1) winner, resulting in 24 total winners.
Prize Assignment:
All drawings will be conducted based on the prize order shown on the giveaway webpage. Social media posts may promote prizes in a different order; however, the website order determines which prize each winner receives.
Certain prizes are valid only in specific communities, including but not limited to:
Only entrants who reside in the corresponding city/area are eligible for these prizes.
Additional gift cards may be awarded as part of the prize pool. These prizes are open to all eligible Texas residents.

All prizes must be picked up in person at a designated Chad Jones Law office location.
Winners will receive instructions on pickup times and locations. Prizes will not be shipped.
Winners will be selected at random on December 22, 2025, from all eligible entries received.
Winner selection process:
All decisions regarding eligibility and winner selection are final.
Winners will be notified using the email address and/or phone number provided at entry.
By entering, participants grant Chad Jones Law permission to use their name and city in promotional materials related to this giveaway without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
